My 2 lines (Unlimited Starter and Flex) from last year BOGO promo will soon expire in June. I was told by the agent that porting out one of the lines early would incur an extra fee. No fees if both lines are ported out at same time. I dont understand why there is a fee if I want to port out the free Flex line. Can a mod pls help to explain? Thank you in advance.
