I spent my early childhood years growing up abroad, when I had to leave my parents’ nest, I was adopted by my East Asian auntie. Then, when they left the PH, my European cousins took care of me. Now, missing my mom’s cooking (well, it is like I have 3 moms now), Ikea food always hits the right spot for me.
