As you can see it arrived with a damaged box and the top of the unit is scuffed and scratched and looks terrible.

Why would they ship this with zero protection and just in a plastic bag knowing it is going to get the worst shipping treatment.

Emailing support now as I won’t accept this. This was to be a playable display piece to me in my game room. All my consoles are CIB and on display. This was to be the same but in my display lights this looks terrible.
