Hi! Need some insight here.. I was recently married, my sister booked my flight under my new married last name, but my maiden name is still on my license and passport. I called Southwest and said either rebook it or show up to the ticket gate with marriage license and certificate and they will change it at the gate. Has anyone experienced this? My flight is next week and terrified they will not actually be able to change it at the gate.
