Zoho Vault review: Is it a good choice for small businesses?

We're looking at Zoho Vault for our small team because the price is right - basically free with unlimited users. The zero-knowledge encryption is solid and the security is AES-256 which is good. But I've been testing it and the interface is kind of bulky. Everything takes extra clicks and it feels clunky compared to competitors.

What's making me consider it anyway is that we're bootstrapped and can't spend a fortune on password management. For a small business on a budget, the affordability is hard to pass up. The question is whether the interface frustration is worth the cost savings. Plus it integrates with other Zoho products which could be useful.

Is Zoho Vault actually usable for daily team use or does the interface get annoying? How does it compare to 1Password for Business or Bitwarden? Would your team be frustrated with the extra clicks? Is it reliable or do you run into bugs? For small businesses specifically, is it worth the trade-off? What's your honest take on it?

Bitwarden vs Chrome review: is security worth it?

I'm comparing Bitwarden vs Chrome Password Manager and I'm wondering which one fits better. Bitwarden has more features and is open-source and chrome is simpler and built-in. I've heard Bitwarden requires extra clicks. I'm wondering if Bitwarden security is worth the extra clicks.

The thing that concerns me is that I want security but I also want convenience. I've heard Bitwarden is more secure. Which one fits better? Have you used both? What was your experience? Is Bitwarden really more secure? What about the extra clicks? How annoying are they? Would you recommend Bitwarden? What about Chrome? Is it good enough? Should I switch? What about cross-platform? I'd appreciate advice about Bitwarden vs Chrome.

Offline password manager: is it worth the hassle?

I'm worried about cloud breaches and I'm considering an offline password manager. I've heard KeePass and KeePassXC are the best offline options. I've also heard they use AES-256 encryption and open-source code. I've also heard they have no cloud breach risk but harder browser integration. I'm wondering if offline password manager is worth the hassle. I want to avoid cloud breaches but I also want convenience. I've heard KeePass has ropey Android apps and manual sync. I'm trying to figure out if offline password manager is worth the hassle or if I should use cloud. Is it worth it? Have you used offline managers? What was your experience? Is KeePass really secure? What about the browser integration? How bad is it? Would you recommend it? What about Android? Is it really ropey? Should I go offline? What about cloud alternatives? I'd appreciate advice about offline password managers.

Google Password Manager: is it safe enough or should I switch?

I'm using Google Password Manager but I'm wondering if it's really safe. I've heard it uses AES encryption and cloud storage. I've also heard it's not zero-knowledge encryption and Google can access passwords. I've also heard it's not open-source so no one can audit it. I'm wondering if Google Password Manager is actually safe or if I should switch.

The thing that concerns me is that I want convenience but I don't want to compromise security. I've heard Google Password Manager has on-device encryption and passkeys. I've also heard it's less secure than dedicated managers. I'm trying to figure out if Google Password Manager is safe enough or if I should use something more secure. What was your experience? Is the encryption really secure? What about Google accessing passwords? Is that a real risk? Would you recommend it? What about 1Password or Bitwarden? Are they more secure? Should I switch? What about for sensitive accounts? I'd appreciate advice about Google Password Manager.
