BLS certification options in Napa, anything local for healthcare workers

I work at a clinic in Napa and my BLS is up for renewal. Finding AHA certified options locally has always been tricky and I usually end up driving to Santa Rosa or Vallejo which takes up half my day.

Anyone know of AHA Training Centers in or around Napa that do BLS renewal? I'd love to find something I can actually get to without an hour of driving each way.

How many estimates a week before it stops being manageable to do manually?

Asking because I hit a wall somewhere around 7 or 8 and I'm curious if that's a common number or if I just had a bad system. At that point the evenings were gone and I was still falling behind. Sorted it with a tool that handles the post-visit workflow automatically but wondering where other people felt the break point.

My dog brought fleas home from the park and now the cats have them too. The cats are indoor only but they've been scratching like crazy for a week. I've treated all three animals with their vet prescribed flea medication but I know I need to treat the house too or they'll just get reinfested.

The problem is finding a home spray that's safe around cats specifically. I know cats are way more sensitive to certain chemicals than dogs. I can't fog the house with a flea bomb if it's going to poison my cats.

What have you used to treat the house for fleas that's safe with cats in the home?
