No responses from their email , any way to escalate it?Arbitration?

No resolution from info@globaljourney nor discovereurope…despite multiple emails . Anyone know if there is another corporate office contact or other way to escalate ? Or a way to request arbitration ?

So a companion of mine got sick. I logged into the site to change the person’s name under the edit order button.

I was unable to do a name change because “ review” button did nothing after entering in the new person‘s information. I emailed them, I told them that the button doesn’t work.

they simply extended the window for name change, but I’m still running into the same problem. I tried to explain that to them, but haven’t heard back.

The extended deadline for name change is coming up, and I really have no idea what to do. Does anyone know how to get the button to work? I tried different browsers, disabling, add blocker, using the phone, using a desktop, using incognito mode. Nothing seems to work.
