Can someone suggest a simple and sustainable diet plan for fat loss?

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to lose weight for a while, but I haven't been successful so far. Because of this, I recently joined a gym to take my fitness more seriously. I would appreciate any suggestions for a simple and sustainable diet plan for fat loss.

Is diet more important than training for results?

People always say “you can’t out-train a bad diet,” but how true is that really?
If you had to prioritize one - strict diet or perfect training - which would have the bigger impact?

This summer heat is brutal - what are you all eating to stay healthy?

The heat right now feels unbearable, and it’s honestly affecting appetite and energy levels.

I’m trying to avoid heavy, oily foods and stick to something lighter, but running out of ideas. What are your go-to meals during peak summer that are actually healthy and keep the body cool?

Looking for:

  • Light, easy-to-digest meals
  • Foods that reduce body heat
  • Options that don’t feel boring to eat every day

Also curious what people who work out regularly or are on a weight loss plan prefer during this season.

Would love to hear your suggestions 👇

When Selenium works perfectly on your machine but fails in CI

Local: ✅ Pass
CI/CD: ❌ Fail
Reason: “Element not found”

Same code. Same test. Same everything.
But somehow CI decides to create its own reality 🥲

Anyone else living this life or just me?

From confused beginner to job-ready Full Stack dev - need your honest advice

Hey everyone,

I’m currently trying to become a full stack developer, but honestly I feel a bit lost right now.

I know the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, but when it comes to what to learn next, things get confusing. There are too many stacks, too many tutorials, and everyone seems to suggest something different.

So I thought I’d ask people who’ve actually gone through this:

  • If you were starting again in 2026, what stack would you choose and why?
  • Is MERN still a good choice, or is there something better for beginners?
  • How did you move from “watching tutorials” to actually building real projects?
  • What kind of projects helped you land your first job?
  • Any mistakes you made that I should avoid?
