Good Morning everyone,

I was in the Marine Corps and had minimal experience working with radios, but always found it extremely interesting.

I just picked up a Baofeng BF-F8HP Pro to get into it and wanted to know where I could find some good resources on the basic operations of the system and how to properly employ it.

Second where is the best place to get my license to legally operate said radio. Thank you all!
