Accidentally took photos in slog3 using pre-capture

Hi Everyone,
I recently got to test the Sony a7V during an event and I kept switching back between video and photos. For video I was shooting in slog3 and photos I used pre-capture for some. I now have way too many pictures all in slog3. I opened them in Lightroom Classic thinking I can do some corrections as I would for slog3 videos but when I click on the photo and open it big, it automatically turns to a saturated but very dark/underexposed version. I was also going to use Lightroom to cull but I don't want ever image to be changed into that dark version (see picture)
Any tips on how I can save my photos?
PS: Lesson learned that in the future I'll decide ahead of time what to shoot and I'll test a new camera and its feature with more time xD
