grass trimmer line as rifling element to reduce power loss from layer lines. collet design is by misplaced moose and chance. thanks to misplacedmoose for allowing me to use the design.

1/4 rotation per inch, negative taper at 0.1mm both at pcar and bcar section.

been playing around with a few super bcar / akasha clones for the last 2 weeks and the pcar section on fdm printed most likely causing too much power loss. testing this out vs a normally printed pcar to compare powerloss vs consistency on both before merging with the bearing part of the bcar. these grass trimmer lines are just square extruded nylon = smooth while still providing enough crush for the darts. awesome if it works because these grass trimmer lines are cheap as hell at 70c usd is every 10 meter.
