I was recently given a WO last saturday morning, the service date was the same day, saturday the 2nd, 9am. I accepted the WO at 7:21am, and confirmed it. I took a shower before to get ready as it would take 30 minutes to drive to the site. I always plan to arrive on time so naturally I just woke up and needed to shower. My phone was blown up by the buyer, requesting images of a console cable ,which I have on my FN profile. Anyways, I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. But I was responsive, answered the phone, replied to them. Then they said the buyer cancelled the WO and it was called off.

I thought there was a cancellation fee but it now says its been waived?

UPDATE: I got my cancellation fee approved 😄
