Struggling to hydrate

I love this way of eating. I’ve been consistently eating ketogenically since last June. It has transformed my life and health positively. But I know I need to hydrate better. I wake up with a mild headache most days. And I’ve had some calf cramping, dry lips, even some lightheadedness, … the usual for dehydration. Most days I eat very salty bacon, take a magnesium supplement, and I do usually have an electrolyte drink. But drinking several glasses of water through the day is a real struggle. This has been the case all my life. It’s not like I can’t physically swallow it. But I just seem to have an aversion. Any helpful (not judgmental) suggestions or tips for what has helped others who have struggled with this? I really don’t want kidney stones!
