hi! i applied po for univ dorm and i heard na dorm rooms are assigned based on students' program or college. is it true po ba? if yes, what happens if you're planning to appeal for another deprog po? (in case i mean what if the appeal was successful but the deprog na nakalagay sa dorm apli ko is different nugagawen)

am i making a big deal out of this po ba? transitioning to univ just makes me overthink a lot lmao
