I’m living Osaka 6 years I want to bring my brother to Japan for work.
He has around 10 years of experience as a Drilling Operator / Construction Worker, but he has very little education and does not know Japanese.

I would like to know if there is any legal way for him to come to Japan for work.
If any company can sponsor a visa, or if anyone has experience with a similar case, please contact me.
