I found these coordinates from a dataset that claims to be from the East African individual buried at Viminacium, Serbia. His genetic ID is I15499 and he’s from this paper: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10752003/
I‘m not sure if these coordinates were generated from his data or if they’re just simulated coordinates.
I don’t know much so I just put together various East Africans and some others as sources just to be safe and turns out Tutsis score very high Horn African-related ancestry.
If this is true, then I wonder what language Tutsis used to speak. South Cushitic? East Cushitic?
Did the Pastoral Neolithic ever even reach Rwanda? Or were their ancestors more likely to have been East Cushitic speakers?
Why is it that sometimes Horn Africans score some Native American or South East Asian?
Is this noise? I cannot think of any historical reason for this at all. The only ones that make some sort of sense is South Asians but they don’t show up.
