XC2 has my favorite Combat of the Series and lots of other amazing stuff.

But every time I think about playing it again I think of Grinding the Affinity charts, Blade Rng, Field Skills, constant time spent in the menus rearranging my Blades, Items, Party etc. (Never got Kosmos after like 200+hrs)

Its amazing when you have everything setup, but I still remember audibly groaning everytime I swapped my blades for a field check and then there being another field check after that which I couldn't complete so I basically wasted all that time swapping back and forth especially in Tantal.

I remember how it made exploration a chore instead and I ended skipping most of the side content.

Overall its still one of my favorite games, but it definitely feels like the Xeno game with the highest highs, and the lowest lows.

Fuck the Spirit Crucible and the Rogue Boss lol
