Has anyone tried FP insoles for skateboarding?

I’ve been seeing a lot of hype around FP (Footprint) Insoles lately and I’m tempted to pull the trigger. For those of you who’ve skated them: do they actually live up to the claims regarding impact protection, or is it just clever marketing? Also, how’s the durability? I don’t want to drop $30–$50 if they’re going to be shredded in two months.

he gets quoted $3-4k for balcony grass, says absolutely not, and decides to DIY the whole thing for under $250

The immediate switch from “they can keep their $3, $4,000 quote” to “I’m gonna teach you how to do it yourself and we’re gonna learn this together” took me out lmfaoooo

Man really broke down the whole budget like:

grass rug thing from Amazon: about $90

grass wall panels: about $120

adhesive from Home Depot: about $15

and then basically said yeah no, yall can keep that scammy ass quote

idk why this was so funny to me but the energy is so real... getting overpriced for something simple enough to at least attempt yourself really does unlock a different level of hater motivation. like now it’s not even about the balcony anymore, now it’s personal
