Hello all,

I started taking it 2 days ago for major depression and severe anxiety, I took my third dose this morning.

I get the nausea, but it may also be due to the fact that I also started taking Iron, multivitamin, iodine, and creatine every morning alongside the Duloxetin. So I can't be sure what's doing what.

But the slight nausea definitely seems to last for far longer than if it were only vitamins and minerals.

I find myself grinding my teeth more than I normally do, and this slight buzzed feeling emanating from head, I can describe it like a similar feeling of MDMA without the high (although this could be a misperception due to placebo, and me knowing it does something with serotonin) , my pupils appear normal sized , and my symptoms have not changed.

I'm 29, male, and I want to have control over my life, I want to do the things I want without the debilitation of my mental predisposition

What has been your timeline on it? whether it worked or didn't

Hello all,

recently I have been diagnosed with major depression and major anxiety, basically mentally handicapped, and have been for many years.

I have been put on SSRIs, and there is many narratives in conflict with each other regarding what SSRIs do to one in terms of focus, drive, and... cognition (what this page is about)

So for those of you who are learned on this topic, or have personal experience(s). please it would be nice to hear what my expectations should be.

personally I believe they will mostly be negative, and maybe break even in a couple of months if it works on my depression and/or anxiety.

I have to study, and I don't want to be dull, so if there is advice, I would like that too

thabnks

edit: been put on them today, and I suspect ive had undiagnosed depression for over a decade, and serious anxiety for at least a decade too

I went to a school with alot of Jews, and they are completely normal people.

I know this old Jewish lady who I talk to alot, she is completely normal, her late husband was completely normal and good friends with my mum, but he was also a , i don't know what it's called but someone who gave advice to Margaret Thatcher , her son is worth *alot* of money, even though she is not rich, her daughter is a professor at oxford, and her grandchildren despite their issues got good grades, and play music at such a high level they perform at high status events.

I dont meant to be offensive , its a genuine observation.

All the jewish friends I had are almost all rich now, even those from modest backgrounds, are they just good with money?

Is it because they are afraid of racism so they try really hard to be rich?

Do any of you have answers?

And before you guys say its racist, I literally grew up not knowing any of them were jewish, i found out much later, the concept of racism doesnt make sense to me, the only reason i am muc more aware of this now is becausse after what happened between israel and gaza , me and this old lady started talking more about these issues, she even has some anxiety around me because my mom is anti israel and has a thing against jews, despite her being good friends with her late husband
