I installed Handbrake on my HexOS Server (based on TrueNAS Scale), I've noticed whenever I use the AV1 (SVT) encoder, the ram usage is way higher than it should be, even with 16gb allocated to it, the container is crashing due to low memory and it gets a SIGKILL signal and automatically restarts, making it impossible to render my library in AV1 (I would use QSV if it supported Dolby Vision).
Been Trying to contact EcoFlow for 3 weeks now to get a faulty Wave 3 Replaced (second unit I had failed after a couple of hours of runtime).
3 Weeks ago I emailed them at: support.eu@ecoflow.com and never got a response, not even an automated one. 2 weeks later I sent a follow up, nothing.
I've been on the phone (UK: 0808 812 6006) waiting for them to pick up for 2 hours and 40 minutes listening to the most irritating stock guitar track on a 30 second loop. Then it pauses for 15 seconds every couple minutes so you think the line has gone dead, only to hear "Thank you for calling".
Have I definitely got their contact info correct or have I been dialing a dead number & email for 3 weeks?
Either way I'm pissed off about it.
I tried installing handbrake using the install button on the HexOS dashboard, but no matter what I do, it just instantly closes and doesn't run at all, no web ui, nothing.
I know it's marked as experimental so I knew to expect issues but if anyone knows how to get it running, any help would be greatly appreciated.
