Apologies for being a bit quiet lately, that ends today 🙂

Hey everyone 👋

Wanted to come on here and be straight with you. I've been pretty quiet on Reddit lately and I'm sorry about that. Truth is, I've been absolutely flat out behind the scenes. Two hands, one person, and a lot going on at the same time. But honestly that's not much of an excuse, especially not when being active here is part of my role as your Community Lead at Bolt.

The one thing I'll say is this hasn't stopped me from being there for anyone who's needed me. Busy or not, if you've messaged me, called me, or sent me a text, you'll know I've always replied and sorted things out where I can. That part doesn't slip and it never will.

But this space deserves more from me than that. So I'm pulling my socks up. Things are still busy on my end but that's on me to manage, not on you to feel. You're going to see a lot more of me on here from now on. More posts, more replies, more proper conversations with you all.

If you've been waiting on something or there's something I missed, pop me a text and I'll get on it straight away. And if you just want to drop a hello below, I'd genuinely love that 🙂

Appreciate every one of you.

Kind Regards

Hi Everyone me again,

I’ve been noticing more and more that people who use weight loss medication tend to keep it quite private, sometimes even from those closest to them.

It’s made me genuinely curious about what sits underneath that decision. It doesn’t seem like a simple preference, and I feel like there are different personal reasons that shape it for different people.

I’m really interested in understanding what drives that choice to stay discreet, especially in a time where so many other health topics are becoming more openly discussed.

No judgment ever from me, but I would really like to understand what the main reasons are from your perspective.

Kind Regards

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to reiterate something to everyone here.

I’m always happy to help, and I’m only a message away.

I know there are times where things don’t go as planned or something goes wrong, that’s real and it happens. But that’s exactly where I step in and do everything I can to support and get things back on track.

You’re not on your own in this.

If you need help, clarity, or just someone to step in, reach out 🙂

Kind Regards

What did you do differently this Easter, compared to previous years?

Did you feel more in control, make better choices, or did things go a bit off track?

No judgment at all just keen to hear how it actually went for you while you’re on the journey
