I booked a Rapido ride from the railway station to my office today. The rider asked me to cross the road and wait on the other side. When he arrived, I started giving the OTP like we usually do in places like Bangalore, but he told me to take my seat first and share the OTP while on the way.

As the ride began, he explained that recently some auto drivers created a big issue when a Rapido rider was picking up or dropping a passenger. That’s why he asked me to cross the road and preferred taking the OTP after starting the ride.

Actually its very good for people travelling alone they dont have to pay more for auto.
