Someone from work said this tyre looked like it needed replacing? But it was only replaced a year ago (8000 miles done since then) and it passed the MOT in February with no advisories.

Someone at work said it looks like it needs replacing? It looks balding apparently? Seems ok to me? This tyre is about a year old (8000 miles done) and there were no advisories on the MOT in February! Thank you
