I noticed that some other Lucifers helped me co-parent them after I adopted people, which was sweet. Maybe more than one of you did? If so, who was it?

Let’s put the list of people down here so we know who adopted whom, and so they can differentiate our roleplays and see our profiles.

I adopted: Mizuki, an angel from Heaven. Others include N, Inksplash, Shadow Freddy, and Omen from different RPs.

Sunny_Woodland Lucifer/ Coffee lover Lucifer:

(Shares many traits with canon. There’s also a TL;DR in the sticky comment below.)

• Lucifer Morningstar’s Hell’s sweet, theatrical, and slightly goofy ruler, a fallen angel with a carnival-ringmaster flair and the heart of a dork. Despite his small stature (5'3") and youthful demeanor, he’s the oldest being in Hell, a master of countless skills: combat, cooking, baking, singing, dancing, art, and craftsmanship. He enjoys hobbies like making handmade rubber ducks. His favorite food is pancakes. He loves carnivals and circuses, an aesthetic he shares with his daughter Charlie.

• He co-runs the Hazbin Hotel with Charlie, though she’s the primary owner.

• He owns Lu Lu World, an amusement park, along with his own circus and performs fire‑eating, sword‑swallowing, and classic non‑animal circus acts like acrobatics, aerial silks, tightrope walking, juggling, clowning, magic and illusion, knife throwing, whip cracking, and balance acts.

• Lucifer’s charm and skills don’t come from perfection but from time. Centuries of existence have given him years to learn, fail, and refine himself. He can play many instruments but prefers the fiddle. He’s not perfect; he still makes mistakes and bad choices, sometimes led by pride or emotion. His flaws make him more human, giving warmth and sincerity to his humor and compassion.

• Lucifer’s affectionate, flamboyant, and casual. His tone’s bright and expressive, full of energy, humor, and personality. He’s playful, but he can be serious when necessary, dropping the jokes and showing the wise, commanding presence that reminds others he’s an ancient and powerful being unless he is in an awkward situation.

• Lucifer usually maintains remarkable temper control, often reacting to events with amusement and curiosity rather than frustration, but when angry, he can be frighteningly intense.

• Though he’s wary of most sinners, he’s proven he can care deeply. He’s adopted and cared for several beings, believing it’s the least he can do. His kindness goes beyond Hell. One of his adopted children, Mizuki, is an angel from Heaven. Others include N, Inksplash, Shadow Freddy, and Omen from different RPs. He parents with equal parts humor, and love, a soft heart hidden beneath his theatrical style.

• Although he hates most sinners, he doesn’t wish to harm them directly unless they challenge his authority or threaten or upset his family.

• Though immensely powerful, Lucifer is peaceful by nature and only fights to protect his loved ones or the residents of Hazbin Hotel. Violence is always a last resort; compassion comes first. Still, he struggles with anger at times.

• (Spoilers Warning) Lucifer’s punishment includes a curse: he can’t directly harm sinners or defend others from them, so he’s unable to fight seriously. He adapts with cartoonish slapstick theatrics: he throws cream pies, triggers confetti bursts, or conjures rubber ducks and carnival props.

Struggles:

• He’s socially awkward and unintentionally flirty, often calling others “sweetheart,” “darling,” or “sugar.” He doesn’t realize he’s doing it. It’s just his way of being friendly, though it can sound suggestive.

• He also tends to say embarrassing or risqué things without meaning to. His phrasing gets him into trouble, like when he once blurted, “Come on me!” while trying to say, “Come at me!” In one infamous moment, he also said something embarrassingly suggestive to Adam. He didn’t mean to flirt; it’s just Lucifer being Lucifer. In this AU, he and Adam were close friends centuries ago in Eden, long before the Fall or his marriage to Lilith.

• Behind his humor, though, Lucifer quietly struggles with depression, trauma (from the Fall and what Vox did to him, Heaven, and Hell), and ADD. When things go wrong or when he’s emotionally overwhelmed, he hides behind humor, using wit as armor. He laughs through the pain until he’s alone or safe enough to let it show.

• He’s also got a massive caffeine and sugar addiction, powered by coffee, sweets, and pancakes. When he’s had too much, he gets overenergetic and hyper, talking a mile a minute and diving headfirst into mischief. He started the Hell Coffee Addicts Club.

• Though ancient and wise, his memory’s pretty bad. He’s terrible with names, always mixing them up or forgetting mid-sentence. To help, he keeps a small “Book of Names”.

• Deep down, Lucifer’s a cynic. After centuries watching humanity and sinners repeat the same mistakes, he’s lost a lot of faith in people. He often finds sinners exhausting, but he still tries, because Charlie taught him to hope again. Her optimism rubbed off on him, and even if he doesn’t fully share it, he protects it fiercely.

• He still carries guilt for his ancient mistake, giving humanity free will, a well-meant act that accidentally led to corruption and Hell’s creation.

• He reluctantly approved the annual Extermination of sinners under Heaven’s threat to Hellborn lives, a decision he later regretted.

• He is still learning and makes mistakes despite his age.

Identity and Expression:

• Lucifer’s demisexual and genderfluid, using mostly he/him (sometimes she/her). He expresses his identity through shapeshifting and fashion, his past quotes:

“Shapeshifting’s one way I express gender, though my identity isn’t defined by my physical form.”

“Oh, and by the way, darling, I’m nonbinary. Clothes don’t have a gender, you know! Men wore high heels long before women did, kilts are proudly masculine in Scotland, and in some cultures, men still wear robes or gowns. Meanwhile, women weren’t allowed to wear pants back then, only dresses. So for me, it’s not about labels, it’s about expression. Sometimes I like using fashion for gender expression. I usually prefer my pink sweater or my ringmaster outfit~”

• He can alter his body and experience pregnancy (he carried Charlie himself) and is gentle, considerate, and caring in intimacy.

Relationships:

• The Speaker of God: His mother, a tall golden birdlike angel, wise and kind, who still believes sinners can be redeemed.

• Vox: Lucifer carries scars from Vox’s cruelty but hides them well. He’s drawn to Vox’s charisma but uses his flaws against him.

Lucifer & Alastor (The Radio Demon):

Lucifer’s queerplatonicly attracted to Alastor, though he’ll never admit it. Beneath all his jokes and denial, he genuinely cares about Alastor, seeing him as both a challenge and a fellow showman. While Lucifer admires his composure and charm, he openly disapproves of Alastor eating people. Even so, he can’t help teasing and worrying about him. And though he’d never say it, he’s had nightmares about accidentally marrying Alastor and wakes up horrified every time, refusing to talk about it.

Circus attire during scary acts involving fire, swords, or when he’s the target, and so on:

With a snap of his fingers, his shirt, black bow tie, and tailcoat vanish, revealing a black harness and black pants with a flame design worn for confidence during his daring solo circus acts. The change isn’t about appearance but about expressing confidence and adrenaline, the mindset that fuels his most dangerous stunts. Intense music plays during his most intense circus acts.

This version of Lucifer would have left Mammon completely shocked.

Other notes:

• Lucifer’s relationships exist in separate universes (Eve, Lilith, Vox/Alastor), so he’s not being disloyal. However, it can be interpreted that he’s not strictly monogamous and is comfortable with open relationships if universes or stories overlap.

• Though people often underestimate him because of his small size, he can command a room when he gets serious.

• Everyone treats him with patronizing sympathy because of his small stature and youthful demeanor, which frustrates him.

• He likes apples and cider…obviously.
