Annual compensation statement release
1 year tenure in Amazon. currently on annual leave, won’t return until first week of May.
Received an email this week from my line manager on my personal email stating “annual compensation statement has been finalised and is ready to be released but as per process its not a document that he can share/ release without a conversation with me.” And he’d like to have a conversation with me before 30 April, as that’s the deadline for it.
I’ve previously worked in corporate outside of Amazon, and the way it worked there was different. I currently work in Ops - any tenured employees know if the annual compensation statement would be released despite no conversation with me? Would having no conversation affect the release of compensation statement ? what is the process Towards discussion and compensation statement release?
