My bot got quarantined (error 20026) and I can't access my registered email to appeal — any advice?

Hey everyone, I'm an indie game dev and I made a Discord bot for my game community. The bot sends DMs to users who verify their Steam ownership to receive wallpaper rewards — basically users click a button themselves, the bot doesn't spam anyone.

A few days ago the bot got hit with error 20026 (quarantined for spam). I submitted an appeal through the Developer Compliance form and they replied asking me to confirm it's a bot issue, which I did. But then the ticket got auto-closed as "solved" with no actual resolution.

To make it worse, my Discord account is registered with an old university email that I no longer have access to (graduated), so I can't even verify ownership properly. I submitted another ticket for the email update but that also got auto-closed.

I'm still logged in on my phone and PC, and my phone number is still linked to the account. I sent a video as proof of ownership but Discord support hasn't really responded.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Did you manage to get the quarantine removed? Any tips on how to actually get Discord support to respond?
