Hello everyone,

We’ve been experiencing an interesting phenomenon with our cluster M595 for quite some time now (about two months).

We’ve recently put the hardware back into operation and are running the latest firmware (we had the same issues with an older version as well). The cluster has had redundant power supplies from the start and is connected to two different power sources (UPS and nor. power distr.).

We’ve been experiencing outages irregularly and for no apparent reason. The firewall simply reboots on its own and the cluster failovers, with no reports or identifiable logs. The manufacturer hasn’t found anything yet either.

Do you have any ideas, or have you encountered or heard of similar cases?
