Having Trouble Finding A Specific Book
I can't remember the name of the book.
she's basically a priestess in training or princess. I cant remember exactly but I just remember no one has seen her face. She's forced to hide her face under a veil. the castle she lives in is raided and the queen is killed in front of her. she escapes and lives in a forest near where the shifter city is. the king is strong and can shift in to several things including a sea serpent. they find her and she runs but they catch her. they bring her back to their city and they have a system where they don't use money they just get assigned jobs and anything they need they're given. I also remember that if 2 beings are mates or compatible they get a black swirl on their chest. Does anyone know the name of this book?
