You can exit or stay and enjoy the passive income . Your option . Returns will be 1% above published prime rate paid monthly , with a yearly post income tax investor split of net profits based on your percentage of the investment . We will distribute those checks at a yearly stock holders meeting . All investors will be issued stock out of our corporation based in South Carolina . All investors will be listed on our dealer packet going to GM as being part of the investment corporation.

(B) I was also asked how someone could get involved with us to eventually own their own Chevrolet dealership . No problem , invest with us , and we will navigate you through all positions in the dealership , pay you a wage , pay you a commission, build your CSI , give you General Manager experience and eventually sponsor you going to GM Dealer school in Kansas City Missouri. We will help you find your own store or will acquire one for you to be the operator .

About us , we have 80 years of combined General Motors dealership only experience. One is a former Chevrolet dealer principal (Organizer) and is inside a GM dealership doing turn around consulting every day of the week , the other a General Manager in a GMC dealership and will be our Dealer Principal candidate . One of our investors is the former dealer principals son who will manage the parts departments while training to eventually be General Manager with a path to Dealer Principal. This individual will also pledge 1.3 million of personal real estate into the deal .There has been a ton of cash spent on due diligence, legal , permits , licenses, and much more to go .
