Forrest Update!

Hey guys, I know it's been a while since I've shared a Forrest update, but we're doing well! I've just been super busy with everything lately, and haven't really made the time to post on here.

Forrest has grown SO much, and he's such a sweet, loving boy! I'm in the process of trying to make more time for him, but I'm also getting a job that requires 12hr shifts. (I'm setting everything up for him to not be alone for that 12hrs)

Today, I had to make a kennel for our Frenchies because they decided that they don't want to stay in the yard anymore, and for their safety as my mom's dog doesn't like them very much. Anyways, here's some pictures from him helping me! 🩵

I love this boy so, so much! He has been such a light in my life, but also such a pain in the butt lol. I love him to peices though, and wouldn't trade him for the world. I've definitely had to learn more patience, and wanted to lose my mind with him sometimes, but it's starting to get better. He was a very big help today by smacking me in the head and repeatedly coming over and sitting in my lap! 😂🤣😂

New To Walking

Hi everyone! I've began my weight loss journey! I've been walking the walking trail at my local park, it'll be 2 weeks tommorrow since I've started.

I started at 3 miles and approximately 22min/mile (I'm 4'11 and ~200lbs, but trying to get on the right track!)

My best pace was today at 4 miles and 17:57/mile. I've walked everyday minus 2 due to it being dark and the park closing (but I walked my road as much as I could).

I started on 04-04-2026 at ~200lbs and I was down to 193.0 on 04-11-2026 for my weekly weigh in. I'm assuming I lost a lot of water weight that week, I'm nervous for my weigh in tommorrow, I'm hoping I haven't gained weight.

Soon, I'll hopefully be getting a nigh shift job (fingers crossed!!) that will be from 6pm-6am so I'm planning on going in the mornings after work.

Advice and tips welcome, thanks!
