This is my first extended fast.

hi, team. I've been fasting on and off for about a year, my longest prior to this was 70 hours. I'm currently at 87 hours with no set goal in mind. I initially thought I would do 48, but I felt fine so I kept going.

I am (f), 5,7', weigh 314 lbs, currently. I've lost 14 lbs since starting, I feel great, I can feel some pressure is off of my joints.

my questions are: being I'm heavier, I have more body fat to burn, is it normal to lose a lot of weight at once? how do you guys go about curbing cravings when you break your fast? what motivates you to change your eating habits? what are your go-to electrolytes? what are your favorite macro counting apps?

I'm a snacker, not much of a meal person as I work a lot and don't have time to sit so I'm constantly grabbing something and going. bad habit, I know. I don't feel hungry, but of course if I see or smell something, the craving is there. I'm trying to remain strong this time, it's been fairly easy.

any tips or tricks would be great!

I will also add, I was a pretty regular alcohol drinker so I'm sure that may play a factor.
