Hello,

I recently hired an environmental specialist to assess a property I’m thinking of buying.

He suggested fans in the crawl space. He mentioned it’s absolutely necessary considering my mold sensitivity. He found mold on card board under the home which will be removed.

It’s going to cost around 3k for the fan installation. I’ve been reading conflicting things about fans in the crawl space. Some say it can actually draw humidity into it.

Any input is appreciated.
