Have a cross bite, unsure about invisalign
Hi, I’m a 28-year-old female from India, and I’ve recently consulted a dentist regarding the misalignment in my upper and lower incisors. I’ve been told that I have a crossbite, and because of the way my teeth are coming into contact, my upper front teeth are experiencing increased sensitivity. There is also slight chipping happening due to continuous friction from the lower teeth.
My dentist has recommended starting Invisalign treatment sooner rather than later, explaining that correcting the alignment early could help prevent further wear, reduce sensitivity, and improve the overall health and positioning of my teeth in the long run.
I’m currently trying to understand whether this is the right step for me and wanted to get more clarity before proceeding. The cost is 1.8L to 3L (would be decided after the orthodontist appointment)
