How likely am I to go back to jail for my VOP?
Ocala, Florida. I have a VOP from 9 years ago for not paying fines, not fully completing community service and not completing a shop lifters class. My court is tomorrow and I've already completed the shop lifters class, I have already applied for community service with the humane society and they accepted me (I already signed all the paperwork) but they won't let me without a community service log from the PO. I've already applied for a payment plan too just because I don't have the money yet (and tbh I don't want to pay it if I get jail time anyways) but it said I have to complete this court hearing first. I think I've shown effort that this was a misunderstanding and I am capable of completing and being compliant. But does any of this even matter? Am I guaranteed jail no matter what? Does being so old of a charge help or hinder my case?
