Hi everyone, my London to Shenzhen flight in May was recently cancelled. This was the first leg of a trip to Hanoi, so I’m now worried about missing my connection.

I’ve tried calling the numbers on their website but have been stuck on hold for hours. Has anyone in the UK/Europe successfully reached them to rebook? Does anyone know if they typically offer alternative flights in these cases? Any advice or better contact numbers would be greatly appreciated!
