Hey guys,
I just picked up a Masterbuilt XT and did my first cook with some wings and ribs.
Not long after starting, I noticed grease dripping down, which I wasn’t really expecting.
Is that normal with this smoker?
Anyone else run into this? Any tips on how to manage it?
