Looking to sublet my son’s bedroom in a 4-bedroom/2-bath apartment at the Palisades this summer. Only one other roommate will be there, so the subletter will have one bedroom and bathroom to themselves. Possibility for more rooms if wanted.
The apartment comes furnished and is on the first floor, so it has direct access to the outside.
