I graduate at the end of this year, I have good ANSAT marks, and I am about to start an ain position, so I’ll have about 7 months experience as an ain by the time I graduate, but my GPA is not great, it’s 4.9 🥲 I have struggled managing work, life, classes and placement, so my gpa has dropped quite a bit. I know I probably have to work in a general medical ward first to get experience, but will my gpa still affect my ability to be able to get into this area? Where do I even start to achieve my goal?

I have done rural placements, and I don’t mind working rurally if that gives me any advantage
