Red outlined, is the general Iliac furrow, with the iliac crest/ASIS included

Blue outline is the ASIS

Purple outline is supposed to be the muscle part bulging out rightabove the Iliac furrow?

I don't understand why the purple part for the ref above is sitting above the iliac furrow whilst in the ref below it's extended to include the iliac furrow area
