New Pod 4 not working : /

I had the Pod3 for almost three years and no issues. Sadly the cooling mechanism stoped working. Was with customer support for a few days. They gave me some suggestions, sent them pics of what they asked and then they ran some diagnostics on their end. Guess there was some algae build up so they sent me a new one since I had warranty. I thought GREAT!

Got the new pod a few days earlier which was awesome and I will say their custom service it top notch. Always prompt in replying. Installed and did everything as asked for installation and the pod completely doesn’t work : /

Doesn’t heat, doesn’t cool , nothing. Frustrated again, reach out to custom support and this is where I’m currently at 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. Anyone else receive a Pod4 that didn’t work at all?

I’ve primed it like 5 times, they asked me to uninstall and re-install the app as they said they notice I was running on an older version, they asked me to try and cool the bed slowly, like not just jump to -8 right away but slowly cool it at like -2 and then -3 etc…still nothing. Pretty disappointing that they’d send a brand new one and doesn’t work. I feel like they should have some type of product testing before they ship these things out. Specially for their price.

Now I wonder what’s going to happen. I’ll update with what’s going on. Seeing if anyone perhaps has any suggestions or ideas for this as well.
