Does anyone know how to make that line thing if it's made on alight motion and I mean like the repeated lines u can see in the hair, cause I cnT find an effect that gives this look and radial rays doesent look right.

How do I control wether a vector that I make has two curve thingies/ squares so it's round? Because I don't know how to control it
