TEF Writing

TEF Writing
I gave my second attempt at the TEF Canada exam. I got NCLC 8 in listening and reading, and NCLC 6 in speaking — but only 4 in writing. Honestly, I still find that hard to understand. I even requested a re-evaluation, but it was rejected within 24 hours.
Now I just want to make sure that the structure I’m using for Part 2 (texte argumentatif) is correct.
For a topic where I have a mixed opinion, how should I organize my paragraphs?
Example topic:
« Avec la pollution générale, faire attention à sa santé semble de moins en moins utile. »
Which structure is better when you have mixed opinion?
Option 1
Paragraph 1: POUR
Paragraph 2: CONTRE
Paragraph 3: CONTRE
Option 2
Paragraph 1: CONTRE
Paragraph 2: CONTRE
Paragraph 3: POUR
I would really appreciate advice from people who scored well in TEF writing.
