Not the prettiest of the bunch but I am proud of my work bringing this car back to its glory. I saw some really nice well-kept classics here as well then went up to the JDM lot and saw a couple of our cars that Milo and I delivered/sold show up!

Guys... I have been BUSY... I present to you... The restored 300BX. The ugly duckling has become the black swan:

Just in time for the car show coming up next week. I went overtime with this and thank you to Milo and the crew for helping me out and sourcing parts. Coult not have done it without you guys! This car can finally drive and feel good to do so:

- Port and Polish the V6

- Engine overhaul

- Full fluid change

- E/L 16PSI turbo charger

- Upgraded Dual Radiator and Intercooler coolant system

- New hoses from a turbo model

- Closer gear ratio 5-speed transmission from a turbo model

- New sports tires and front/rear suspension components stiffening the ride and making it more planted with -camber to help in the corners and slightly lowered for lower CG

- New piston rings

- new body panels and replaced the overhead taillight on the trunk lid

- New steering wheel and upholstery, custom stitched to match OEM JDM spec built for this USDM model

- Repainted to a basic black with clearcoat.

There are still things to be done but at least for now, the 300BX has been restored. The shop has been busy lately with arrivals for the upcoming car show next week. Looking forward to taking part.

I wanted to try out my new suspension I put on my 300BX but having a little fun while crawling up a mountain did a number on my cooling system. I am going to overhaul my engine next and then finally address the dang paint.
That being said... as I was letting the car cool on the side of the road, I spotted the wanted suspects responsible for the crime spree throughout the desert valley. They sped past nearly running a green sedan off the road. They are heading towards the north end of town and are moving on some smaller side roads, avoiding main highways it seems. Officers in town be careful.
