learned today that I've been unknowingly tripling my dosage every day for over a month
I think im just stupid and don't know how to interpret pill bottle labels
I'm pretty sure I was taking 10mg a day before my dosage got increased. I took a pill in the morning and at night, so.. two 5mg pills.. one morning, one night? I think??
then my dosage got increased to 15mg a day, talking 3 pills throughout the day. the pills are segmented into 3 parts
it says "take one tablet by mouth 3 times daily" ... so I interpreted this as 3 separate pills, 3 times a day.
so ..no. I am guessing I'm supposed to break apart 1 pill into 3 pieces and take the 3 pieces accordingly throughout the day??? right???
so assumingly, one whole pill is 15mg. and I was talking 3 a day.. so 45mg total.
I feel so stupid and idk how this hasn't caused like serious issues. I haven't noticed anything too off, and I've been doing this for over a month. yikes
so I genuinely went from taking 10mg a day to accidently taking 45mg a day holy shit
