Rescued pitbull mix 4 days ago. concerned on the looks of her nipples. Haven’t been into the vet yet. What does it look like it might be?

concerned new puppy mom. She’s 9 months old unspayed, supposedly has not has gotten her blood yet/no heat . Up to date on shots. Doesn’t seem to bother her at all but was not sure on the look of then.
