This morning, I was doing a 4 cup brew with my Moccamaster KBT.
I was using some Yirgacheffe coffee. So I started the brew and forgot
To open the switch. Something told me to check on it. When I open the lid on the basket it was about to overflow. So I kicked the switch open all the way and let it drain. I talk to myself I had ruined that batch of coffee. Decided I’d go ahead and pour it up and taste it. That was one of the best brews I think I’ve ever got out of it. Going to do a repeat in the morning and see how that goes. You might want to try it out.
