Can someone please recommend good legal recruiters or agencies?

Hi there!

I just graduated in December 2025 with my AA degree in Paralegal Studies. I finished with a 4.0 GPA. I have been looking for an entry level position since before I graduated. I have yet to receive more than 2 job offers, both of which did not work out [see "details" section for more]. I know it's tough right now, but I just want to optimize my chances and hopefully get some guidance, too.

Does anyone know of reliable recruiters or staffing agencies that can assist me in finding an entry level Paralegal job? I am in California, hoping for a full-time job, but will work part-time if needed. Anything I can do to gain some experience and learn more about the field is a win for me!

[[ DETAILS: The first company I received a response from asked me to set up a Zoom interview, but did not show up to it; we rescheduled for 3 days later, and again no one showed up. I emailed them twice, and have still not received any reply(ies). The second company -- I spoke with the office manager over the phone to set up an interview, and she seemed to like me. When I showed up to their office, though, I felt that the hiring manager might have been uncomfortable with my appearance, as I have tattoos and a piercing... this was confirmed when she told me that the firm owner disliked piercings and tattoos. Still, I was caught off guard and didn't know how to respond. Then she asked me whether I'd be planning to take out my piercing and hide my tattoos if I was offered the position? Well, unfortunately, I have tattoos on my hands, so it would be very difficult to disguise those. But I also don't want to lie to anyone about who I am, and I don't believe it's right to do such a thing. I would never try to keep something like that a secret from anyone I am working for/with. Regardless, I thought that the interview went well, and didn't sense any judgment at all. But sadly, I did not get a job offer in the end.]]

So yeah, I am greatly in need of a job, but I am starting to worry that I may not find any work in the Paralegal field. My savings are nearly gone, and I am beginning to think that I just need to find a different job, outside of the legal field. I don't want to give up, though, since I specifically went to school in order to be able to work as a Paralegal, but I also need to be realistic.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance/help and I thank you for reading my post! =]
