Is it fine for a fifth grader to watch YLIA?

I've never watched YLIA personally, but all my friends have said it was really sad. My brother is 10 years old and I've recently seen him watching a lot of romance anime, but he's really been into YLIA. I just wanted to know if it would be too much/could he handle or understand the story?

I was mainly interested because when I was his age, I would never watch any romance, anime like Dragon Ball is the only thing that interested me.

Tips on display?

This is my current collection of drivers, display feels kinda bland and I’m hoping for some tips that could make the collection stand out a bit more. I’ve got some SHF figures coming in, along with display daizas as for all the belts but I feel like some sections of the display would still feel a bit dry.
