I’m trying to scrap my vehicle and I’ve come across the following companies and I just wanted to get some feedback. I need to get rid of my 2012 civic to get some cash for down payment on a newer vehicle. The dealers offered me $300 which I think is laughable.

I’ve read horror stories about some companies using vehicles for staged accidents, driving around without a license plate plates or with fake license plates.

The first company offered the most, but I’m just curious if it’s a bait and switch situation because the other two were half the price.
