Standout scenes in ‘meh’ episodes
Are there any scenes that you love but you think it doesn’t get the credit or attention it deserves because it’s in an episode that isn’t considered to be top tier.
For example, I like the Vampers of Venice episode, but very few are holding it in as high regard as Heaven Sent or Blink. However, the acting in the scene in the throne room between the Doctor and Rosanna is brilliant. It never quite hits the heights of the scene in School Reunion which is similar, but it’s still very good. I can’t help but feel if it was in a better episode it would get more attention.

I would also propose the scene where Elton reveals how his mother died in Love and Monsters whilst ELO plays. Also, Jackie confronting Elton outside the flats.
